Summer Storm

Oil on canvas, 18x24 in., We have a trailer at Emerald Isle and a summer storm was the inspiration for this piece. Did the trailers and street with a palate knife which brings out the angles and blockiness. The sunlight breaking through the clouds hit the trailers on the dune. The ocean is behind that row of trailers, er, mobile homes. We've had some hurricanes over the years that let you know just how "mobile" these trailers are.
